CHICAGO FAMILY HEALTH CENTER HEALING HANDS CELEBRATION HONORS SUPPORTERS, RAISES MONEY FOR PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES STILL AVAILABLE

Chicago Family Health Center’s (CFHC) Annual Healing Hands Celebration takes place at 6:30 p.m., Friday, June 4, 2010 at the Mid-America Club on the 80th floor of the AON building, 200 E. Randolph in Chicago. The evening will honor CFHC supporters and contributors for their generosity and commitment to advancing the mission of Chicago Family Health Center.

Stephanie Comer, president of the Comer Science and Education Foundation will be honored as the distinguished 2010 Healing Hands Recipient, and Kwame Raoul, Illinois State Senator, 13th District will be recognized as Legislative Partner of the Year. In addition, the Nehemiah Restoration Coalition will be named Community Partner of the Year and LabCorp as Corporate Partner of the Year.

This yearly event is also CFHC’s largest fundraiser and the organization is seeking support from companies and individuals that want to ensure this year’s Celebration is a success. Proceeds from this event will fund primary health care services for low-income residents of Chicago’s South and Southeast side who have little or no health care coverage. Services provided at CFHC include pediatrics, women’s health, care for seniors, HIV care, behavioral health services and many more.

Healing Hands sponsorship opportunities are available on various giving levels including:

  • Healing Hands Presenting Sponsor — $20,000
  • Healing Hands Dinner Sponsor — $15,000
  • Distinguished Benefactor — $10,000
  • Benefactor — $5,000
  • Guarantor — $2,500
  • Healing Partner (non-profits only) — $1,500
  • Individual Tickets

Sponsorship benefits include VIP reception access, company logo visibility in printed materials, website and in the first Chicago Family Health Center annual report.
