Chicago Family Health Center moved to its current home in 1991. The clinic houses 15 exam rooms, a procedure room, laboratory space, a dental program and the Social Services department.

The existing clinic is woefully over capacity. Physicians see more than 11,000 patients a year in the cramped, 14,000-square-foot building.
