Chicago Family Health Center is growing to serve you better

For nearly three decades, Chicago Family Health Center has offered primary health-care services to the residents of this community. During that time, the demand for our services has grown but our clinic space to provide those services has not.

Starting spring 2006, Chicago Family Health Center will begin construction of a 30,000-square-foot addition to this existing facility.

The new facility will be constructed on the adjacent lots and connected to the existing building. In addition to the new construction, the current facility will be renovated to provide much-needed clinical space.

The building expansion will produce a total of 30 new exam rooms, additional dental operatories, expanded lab and pharmacy space, and a separate area for mental health services. Other related programs — such as Developmental Disabilities, Family Case Management and Outreach — will be moved into the new building, bringing all services under one roof.

Chicago Family Health Center is proud to be a part of and serve the South Chicago community. This project is our commitment to our community and our mission to continue to provide comprehensive, quality health care to all residents of this community.
