Welcome to the first edition of Chicago Family Health Center’s First Fridays!

First Fridays is the official organization-wide newsletter for CFHC employees, and is designed to keep you informed, engaged and excited about news at Chicago Family Health. In the coming months, First Fridays will highlight:

• Upcoming CFHC news and events;
• Site news;
• An employee profile; and
• Information about our upcoming EHR Implementation

As the days go by, we are getting closer and closer to our Tuesday, August 3, 2010 EHR “go live” and we want to make sure that you are equipped and prepared for this transition. First Fridays will be the main communications channel to learn more about how to prepare for the implementation. In addition to this newsletter, we will also create a web-page that will house everything you need to know about our upcoming EHR Implementation.

Granted, the first Friday of March was last week, but going forward, we will begin monthly distribution of this newsletter, so please be sure to look for it in your e-mail inbox every first Friday of the month. We are currently in the process of developing additional features to First Fridays, including an employee comments and suggestions link, so please stay tuned and be sure to check your e-mail daily to stay informed. You never know what you may find.
