FAMILY SUPPORT SPECIALIST I to work full time.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in social services, education, human services or related field:
- Must have a minimum of one year’s experience with developmentally disabled individuals;
- Knowledge in the area of crisis intervention required.
HEALTH EDUCATION COORDINATOR to work full time.
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a valid State of Illinois license and a minimum of an associate degree from an accredited college or university;
- Three years of experience in health education/health promotion in a healthcare environment or a bachelor’s degree in health education, nursing or social work from an accredited university;
- Must have two years of experience in health education/health promotion within a healthcare environment;
- Ability to plan and coordinate programs in communities that provide diversity;
- Must have an understanding of age-specific medical needs for all life cycles.
Health Information (Medical Records) Supervisor to work full time.
- Certified as an Accredited Record Technician (ART) or a Bachelors Degree in an accredited university Health Information Management Program;
- 3 years quality control or quality assessment experience in a large medical records department;
- Good communication and inter-personal skills;
- Good organizational skills and excellent written comprehension skills;
- Car, insurance and current state drivers license necessary;
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
Human Resources Director to work full time.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior or related field necessary;
- Experience in a healthcare setting within a union environment is preferred;
- Must have 5+ years progressively responsible experience in HR Management including a at least 2 years experience in Employee/Labor relations and one other area of Human Resources management such as Benefits/Compensation, or Training and Development.
Information Systems Director to work full time.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration;
- Must have 5+ years of IS/IT career experience, with at least 2 years of project management experience;
- Experience managing IT in a clinical or hospital setting preferred;
- Interest in working within underserved populations.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT/PHELBOTOMIST I to work full time (Two (2) positions available)
- Must be a graduate of an accredited medical assistant program;
- Certification a plus;
- Current CPR certification and prior phlebotomy training and/or experience required;

- Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent;

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR to work full-time.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in a health science or public health field, with a minimum of three years of experience in an ambulatory care or health care quality assurance/risk management setting; or be a registered nurse, graduated from an accredited school of nursing, with a minimum of five years’ experience in an ambulatory care or community service setting;
- Current State of Illinois licensure is required (if applicable);
- Organizational leadership and the ability to plan, direct and implement clinical services and programs is required;
- Must have competence with computers and computer programs;
- Must have knowledge and understanding of CLIA guidelines and OSHA regulations.
TIP PROGRAM SUPERVISOR to work full time.
- Must have a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited college/university, or an associate degree in nursing.
- Must be a registered nurse in the State of Illinois, and have knowledge of the State of Illinois Cornerstone system, with experience in the TIP Program.
