In 2012 Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) will celebrate its 35th anniversary of providing quality, primary healthcare to Chicago’s medically underserved communities. We are excited and humbled to have achieved this milestone because we know our longevity is in no small part due to the support we have received from organizations like yours since 1977. As we embark on our 35th year of service, we are making plans for our Annual Healing Hands Celebration on Friday, May 18, 2012 at the Mid-America Club in downtown Chicago.
