Naomi Ajose, RN, MPA
Director of Special Programs
Naomi Ajose joined CFHC in 1987, and is responsible for several grant- and state-funded programs, including the Hypertension Outreach, Prevention and Education Program, funded by United Way of Metropolitan Chicago. She is working toward implementing The Joint Commission accreditation process at CFHC’s five locations. Ajose is a registered nurse and has a master’s degree in public administration.
Denise Hunter, MHRM, SPHR
Senior Director of Human Resources
Denise Hunter joined CFHC in 2008, and is responsible for implementing human resources policies and programs to support the growth and development of the management and staff. She oversees recruiting and staffing, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, training and development, safety, employee relations, and labor relations.
Kathryn McLain
Senior Director of External Affairs
Kathryn McLain joined CFHC in 2008, and is responsible for implementing a comprehensive grants program and government affairs strategy. She also oversees the development of the organization’s marketing, communications and community affairs programs, strategies and initiatives.
Francis Tham, DDS
Dental Director
Francis Tham joined CFHC in November, 1985. He provides leadership for the implementation of dental services and oversees all dental operations at the center’s four dental facilities. Dr. Tham is responsible for recruitment and staffing of dental personnel and manages the functions of the dentists and dental hygienists.
