Chicago Family Health Center wants you to KNOW YOUR STATUS. Take advantage of free HIV screenings at various CFHC sites.

HIV screenings will be available 2 P.M.—5 P.M. the following dates and locations:

CFHC South Chicago
9119 S. Exchange   
Every MONDAY

CFHC Pullman
556 E. 115th St.   
FIRST and THIRD Tuesday of the month

CFHC Roseland
120 W. 111th St.   
SECOND and FOURTH Wednesday of the month

Your confidential HIV status will be available on-site, as well as a consultation with a healthcare professional.  Walk-ins are welcome, but you can reduce your wait-time by calling ahead and scheduling an appointment at 773-768-5000, ext. 1158.

In the United States, ONE in FIVE people living with HIV don’t even know they are infected.
