Pullman Site Demolition Bid Packet and Addenda
Chicago Family Health Center is seeking bid proposals from qualified demolition contractors to provide demolition services to clear property for construction of a replacement facility of the Pullman Health Center in Chicago’s Historic Pullman neighborhood.
All demolition team member firms must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois and all key project personnel must be professionally licensed in Illinois. Additionally, team member firms and individuals should demonstrate similar, recent demolition experience employing LEED requirements and City of Chicago work experience.
